Having achieved all the basic and intermediate care qualifications necessary to work within her chosen sector, Justine self-funded her further studies and graduated from Bradford University, with further dementia orientated care qualifications, including Dementia Care Mapping.

Nicola has worked in the care sector for over 10 years. She started with Derbyshire County Council Social services providing care to older adults in their own home, and over the years progressed to team leader and management roles whilst still being very involved in the day to day care of people in their homes.

Jennie has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, continually training to ensure she can provide the best care to people with dementia.

With Justine, Jennie started MAE Interventions, and is now continuing the journey with Mae Care.
