All About Justine

Justine is the main driving force behind both Mae Care and her sister company MAE Interventions, which complements the expert domiciliary care provided by Mae Care.

Having achieved all the basic and intermediate care qualifications necessary to work within her chosen sector, Justine self-funded her further studies and graduated from Bradford University, with further dementia orientated care qualifications, including Dementia Care Mapping.

Justine is the main inspiration behind the Person Centre Care approach of both MAE companies, and her vision is for a team of highly trained and qualified staff, committed to the philosophy of independent living, (wherever possible), for the individual with the diagnosis of dementia, their family and main carers.

Justine is also Chairperson for her local charity, Bloomin' Dementia, which augments the two limited companies with a moral crusade, to enhance the lives of those families living with dementia and to deliver positive outcomes to their individual issues.
