Jennie, the manager, has been extremely responsive and flexible to Mum’s changing needs, and she has been an enormous help.
Recently Mum’s health deteriorated rapidly, and we needed to switch without notice to 24-hour care.
Jennie was available at all hours, arranging cover at speed to help and support both my Mum and the family as we scrambled to get organised.
