Our Services
Dementia Care
Mae Care provide bespoke dementia care for individuals with dementia. We work with the individual, the family and the main carers to identify what each person requires.
The person-centred care provided by Mae Care, ensures that the person with dementia remains the ultimate focus, not the condition, and they are treated with respect and as unique individuals.
Domiciliary Care
Mae Care can provide bespoke domiciliary care for individuals with dementia. Domiciliary care is care at home, that is designed with the individual as the focus, and their bespoke needs.
Domiciliary care can be for as long or as short as is needed, because our bespoke person-centred plans, are made for each individual.
Personal Care
For care that needs a more personal touch, such as bathing, dressing and toileting, Mae Care can offer a continuous service, which we believe is important for the individual.
Familiar faces quite often offer comfort and reassurance, we ensure that our carers are trained to offer personal care in a discreet but personal manner.
General Care
For when a relative or friend can benefit from a little extra help around the home.
Mae Care can offer care to support them in continuing to live independently at home. This care can cover companionship, shopping, errands and more. Our person-centred approach ensures the care they receive is exactly what they need.
Respite Care
Respite care offers carers a short term break from caring for their loved one who may be diagnosed with dementia.
Respite care lets the carer take time to look after themselves to avoid becoming exhausted and run down. At Mae Care, we believe It is just as important for the carer to look after themselves, as it is to care for their loved ones.
Mae Care offer respite care in the home.
